Mike Hazard, "Double Agent" by Marx 1960. I tried my best to find this actual figure in the Mike Hazard collection online and came up short.  It's his sideburns that set him apart. I can't find any pictures with sideburns molded on.  Could he be a prototype or foreign issue?  Shipping is not included.
